From First Call to Keys in Hand
Buying a new build should not feel like a mystery. Here is exactly what happens at each stage, what we handle, and what you can expect from us along the way.
Most of our homes take about seven months from permits to possession. You see the live schedule the whole time.
Choose your community and lot
We build in Kensington in west Saskatoon and Aspen Ridge in the northeast. Tell us where you want to live and we will walk you through the lots we have and which models fit each one.
Pick a model and make it yours
Choose from our modified bi-level and two-storey plans, every one with a legal two-bedroom suite. Then personalize your home through our online selections portal — flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, exterior colours and upgrades, all priced up front so there are no surprises.
Sign and secure your home
We prepare the purchase agreement with your selections attached. Your deposit secures the lot and gets your permits moving. Your realtor is welcome at every step — most of our clients work with one.
We build, you watch it happen
From excavation to finishing, your home is built by our site team and long-standing local trades. The City of Saskatoon inspects at each stage. You get a private WhatsApp group with our team for questions and photos, and a live Buildertrend schedule so you always know where things stand.
Possession date confirmed
We confirm your possession date once the home is far enough along to predict it reliably, and give you 45 to 60 days’ notice so you can plan your move, your lender and your tenant.
Walkthrough and keys
Before you move in we walk the home together, show you how everything works — including the main water shut-off and your suite’s systems — and note anything to be finished. Then the keys are yours.
Warranty and after-care
Every home is covered by Progressive Home Warranty, and our trades stand behind their own workmanship for the first year. If something needs attention, one message to your site contact is all it takes.
